Before you subscribe

How does the free month work?

You need a Trading Life Journal account. PayPal creates a subscription with the first one-month billing cycle at €0. Monthly billing of €10 then begins unless you cancel first. Only one free trial is allowed per account.

When will I get access?

Access is enabled once PayPal successfully confirms the subscription.

Does the subscription renew automatically?

Yes. Each plan renews at the selected interval while the subscription remains active. The free trial changes to €10/month after the first month.

Can I change plans?

You can change plans by first managing your current subscription in PayPal and then subscribing to the new plan.

How can I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel renewal from your PayPal account. If Trading Life Journal has already confirmed a future access entitlement date, you will keep access until that date; afterwards your account returns to Subscriber status.

Which payment methods are accepted?

You can pay with PayPal and, when PayPal enables it for your country and device, directly by credit or debit card. Card details are processed in PayPal’s secure environment and never pass through Trading Life Journal.

Do I need a PayPal account to pay?

Not necessarily. When PayPal enables direct card payment for your country, device and transaction, you can complete the subscription with a credit or debit card without using a PayPal balance. If that option is unavailable, you can continue through PayPal.

What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?

Cancelling renewal does not automatically delete your account or Trading Life Journal records. When your premium access entitlement ends, your account returns to Subscriber status and your data remains linked to it unless you request deletion.

What happens if a renewal payment fails?

PayPal may retry the payment or ask you to update your payment method. A single failed payment does not necessarily mean immediate cancellation; access will be adjusted when PayPal reports that the subscription has been suspended, cancelled or expired.
