SUBSCRIPTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. IDENTIFICATION OF THE OWNER

This website, Trading Life Journal, is owned by Alejandro Vicente Baños, Tax ID (NIF): 48517686-Z, with address at Plaza Santa Isabel 3-4ºA, 30004, Murcia, Spain.

2. PURPOSE OF THE SERVICE

These Terms and Conditions govern subscriptions to the Trading Life Journal trading journal, which provides exclusive digital content related to trading strategies, analysis, and tracking.

The service does NOT constitute financial advice, and the User is responsible for their investment decisions.

3. SUBSCRIPTION OPTIONS

Trading Life Journal offers the following options:

Taxes included: The stated prices include applicable VAT.

Free trial conditions: one free trial is offered per Trading Life Journal account. To activate it, a TLJ account is required and the subscription must be started through PayPal. During the first month the subscription price is €0. If it is not cancelled before the end of that period, the subscription automatically continues as the Monthly Plan at €10/month.

4. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment is made via PayPal or credit/debit card.

• By starting a recurring subscription, the User authorizes PayPal to process the recurring charges corresponding to the selected plan and the conditions shown before confirming the purchase.
• No subscription charge is made during the first month of the free trial; PayPal may require a valid account or payment method to authorize the subsequent renewal.
• Payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and full bank or card details are not stored by Trading Life Journal.

5. SERVICE ACTIVATION

• Premium access is enabled when PayPal successfully confirms the subscription or free trial and Trading Life Journal can link it to a valid account.
• The subscription is linked to the Trading Life Journal account. The email used with PayPal may differ from the TLJ account email provided that the link can be securely verified.
• If a confirmed payment is not linked correctly, the User may request support or, where available, use the purchase recovery feature without subscribing again.
• The right of withdrawal is governed by applicable consumer law. Where the exception relating to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium applies, Trading Life Journal will obtain the legally required consents and acknowledgements before considering that right to have been lost.

6. RENEWALS AND CANCELLATIONS

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period while they remain active. The free trial converts to the Monthly Plan at €10/month at the end of the first month unless cancelled beforehand.
• The User may cancel automatic renewal at any time before the next charge, through PayPal or by contacting info@tradinglifejournal.com.
• If the free trial is cancelled before the first charge, the first monthly payment will not be made and access may remain available until the trial end date confirmed by PayPal.
• For paid plans, after renewal is cancelled, the User retains access until the end date of the current period recognized by PayPal. Once that access entitlement ends, the account returns to the free or Subscriber level.
• A temporary payment failure does not necessarily result in immediate termination: access will be adjusted according to the status confirmed by PayPal and any retries or status changes reported by the payment platform.

7. REFUND POLICY

• As a general rule, refunds are not provided for periods that have already started once payment has been confirmed, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
• The free trial may be cancelled before the first charge to avoid the start of the paid monthly subscription.
• If technical issues prevent access, the case will be assessed to restore the service and, where legally required, provide the appropriate remedy.

8. PERMITTED USE

The User agrees to:

• Not share their account or credentials.
• Not redistribute, copy, sell, or commercially exploit the journal content.
• Use the content solely for personal use.

9. LIABILITY

• Trading Life Journal does not guarantee financial results.
• The content is exclusively informational and educational.
• The User assumes full responsibility for their trading decisions.
• Trading Life Journal shall not be liable for financial losses arising from use of the content.

10. DATA PROTECTION

• The User’s information will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy of www.tradinglifejournal.com.
• The data necessary to manage the account, link and verify the subscription, monitor free-trial use, process renewals/cancellations, and maintain the technical history essential to the payment relationship is collected.
• The User may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, and objection by contacting info@tradinglifejournal.com.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

• These terms are governed by Spanish law.
• Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Murcia, Spain, unless applicable law provides for another jurisdiction.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS

By subscribing, the User declares that they:

1. Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and the information shown immediately before confirming the subscription.
2. Accept the automatic renewal and the amounts/billing frequency of the selected plan, including conversion of the free trial to the Monthly Plan where applicable.
3. Understand that access is enabled after PayPal confirmation and valid linking of the subscription to their TLJ account.
4. Acknowledge that rights of withdrawal and any applicable exceptions will apply in accordance with consumer law and the consents expressly obtained during the purchasing process.
